The Osgoode Women’s Network (OWN) is a student organization at Osgoode Hall Law School offering the opportunity for student involvement and focusing on professional and personal development. Founded in 2009 in support of Ontario’s Justicia Project, OWN’s mission is to advance women in law. We have since become one of the largest groups at Osgoode. We provide an inclusive, apolitical space for students to connect, develop skills, and learn from other women in the profession. OWN holds networking events, career panels, and skills workshops, as well as facilitates mentorship through community involvement, social events, and our upper year and alumnae mentorship programs.
